Increase hero gradient for text readability

Browse Source 
Top: 35% → 55% opacity (darker reading zone for white text)
Middle: 15% → 10% at 60% (landscape stays vibrant)
Bottom: 40% → 30% (lighter, less needed with dark landscape)
